This 6-week class is strongly recommended for all artists who want to make a career out of their art.   In “The Business of Acting” you will work hand-in-hand with expert industry insider, Krista Gano, who has spent a career advising and working within every aspect of the entertainment industry.  Learn about the business of show business and how you fit into it, understand how decisions are made, how to strengthen your branding and marketing, and how to book the room.  By understanding the business side of being a working actor, you are able to identify areas of your business that need improvement, learn vision and goal setting strategies to tackle those areas and then engage with your community to make both subtle and profound shifts towards reaching your goals.   Whether you are an actor who is planning a move to a larger market, an actor wanting to leverage into the New Mexico market or an actor who wants to flourish and work regularly in our local market, you will walk away with a competitive edge in this industry.  This class is appropriate for beginning and seasoned actors looking to break through to the next level.

The Business of Acting is the pre-requisite to being able to attend the WAG Artist/Member Only classes.
